Escape Fitness Step Platform & Risers

This latest platform step from Escape Fitness allows you to choose the hiehgt you want for your workout/exercise. Use one riser, two or even three each side and you can create different levels of difficulty. You can even create an incline/decline if you want to add variety to your step, or bench work.

The Step Platform

Designed specifically to make light work of switching between riser levels, you can switch quickly enough to do it between exercise sets. Made from polypropylene, this means you get a very strong step, but one that has a little give in it to prevent injury and make it more comfortable. Add to that the anti-slip thermoplastic rubber and you have a winning combination.
