Using the DRAX Seated Row

Targeting the Latissimus Dorsi, Rhomboids, Middle Trapezius, Posterior Deltoids, Elbow flexor muscles :

• First, adjust seat height to align your mid-chest to the top of the chest pad
• Place your feet firmly on the foot plates and adjust position to allow for full arm extension
• Sit upright making sure your chest is touching the pad
• With head and chest up, get a comfortable grip on the handles
• Pull handles back slowly until your elbows come to your body
• Squeeze your back muscles, then slowly allow the return to start position
