Using the DRAX Lying Leg Curl

Targeting the hamstrings, calves and hip flexors muscles:

• First adjust your body so the pivot point is at your knee
• Adjust the ankle pad so it sits just above your ankle
• Slowly bring ankles up to your bottom, curling the legs
• Squeeze the muscles gently, then slowly return to start position
