Using the DRAX Low Row

Targeting the Latissimus Dorsi, Rhomboids, Lower and Middle Trapezius, Posterior Deltoids, Elbow flexors :

• First choose weight resistance using selector pin
• Sit on bench with legs at 40 - 60 degree angle (your choice for  comfort)
• Lean forward and grip handles
• Sit up with back straight and push back in slightly shoulders back
• Slowly pull back until elbows by side
• Hold and squeeze back muscles
• Slowly release back to start point
