Using the DRAX Hip Adduction

Targeting the adductor longus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus and gracilis muscles:

• Start by adjusting pads when in seated position
• Adjust the weight resistance using the selector pin
• Slowly close thighs together
• At full closure, pause then release
• Slowly return to start position
