Using the DRAX Chest Press

Targeting the Pectoralis Major, Anterior Head and Triceps Brachii muscles :

• Adjust your seat height so handles are mid-chest
• Adjust the start position using pull button on side of pressing arm - this will give the desired range of motion
• Place hands on grips, with elbows slightly below shoulder height
• Press away from the chest to fully extended arm position and keep back against pad - then return
