Using the DRAX Back Extension

Targeting the lower back and spinae erectors :

• First sit and position your feet on the right pegs
• Select the desired resistance weight
• Sit in the seat with the roller pad behand you
• Lay back on to the back pad and cross arms on chest
• Slowly push backwards against the pad until you reach the back of the seat
• Return weight with controlled movement to starting position
