Avantor VWR Corporate Gym
- Case Study -
Avantor VWR is a leading life science tools company and global provider of products and services to the life sciences and advanced technology industries. We were approached by their UK office to help them convert existing office space to a work gym for employees.
Scoping
Contacting us via a direct referral in December, we were supplied with all relevant room dimensions as well as photographs and intended changes to the room layout. Initial discussions over 'wish list' and who would be using allowed us to narrow the choices down.
Requirements included flooring, mirrors, equipment, installation and a full Annual service agreement.
Initial Brief
Using discussions and internal focus groups, we were provided with the ideas, from which we coudl then generate plans and equipment lists to narrow down the perfect mix.
Staff had to be relocated from the room that was designated for the gym. So the final install took place in April the following year.
