With it's small footprint and a nice heavy weight of 116kg, the Jordan Boxing Frame 3 Bag Arms and Speedball Platform gives you room to workout alongside 3 others safe in the knowledge it won't tip or shift - especially when bolted to the floor. As commercial-grade boxing gear, the steel tubing is high-quality and built to last. Each arm comes with a closed loop hook. The speedball platform does not include a swivel clip which we also sell.

In a gym or studio environment, the Jordan Boxing Frame can be combined for boxing, MMA and general fitness purposes.  From drills like body punches or jabs, through to mixed leg and arm workouts, the choice is endless. To change the bag, simply unhook from the top of the frame via the karabiner hook and replace as you need.
