As well as the ergonomics of your running position helping your posture, you have complete control of the treadmill. No motor means the self powered element makes you burn more calories and do more running 'work' than a traditional treadmill. As you run, when you want to speed up you run slightly further forward "up the curve" and to slow down slightly further down the curve.

With it's rubber coated slatted deck, you get some good cushioning to help reduce the impact on your joints and connective tissues. The handles either side and at the front not only give you some different positions for running, it gives you different exercises and also provides some safety!
