This Physical Speed ladder is 15ft in length and is designed with semi-rigid rungs which reduce slippage on hard surfaces. The soft plastic rungs create 9 sections, and you can work from a range of exercises, including the Ickey shuffle, Side Straddle Hop, Carioca, In & Out and more. Make your speed drills as challenging as you need - the overall length of this version is 15ft or 4.5m.
Each Physical Agility ladder can be fixed with pegs to keep securely in place when used outdoors. The adjustable agility ladder also comes with a handy storage bag. This Adjustable Agility Ladder allows you to vary the distance between each rung allowing you to add more of a challenge to speed drills. Each ladder comes with 4 pegs so you can fix the ladder in place in outdoor settings and a handy storage bag.
