The Watson Dual Cable Adjustable Pulley machine comes with a standard 100kg weight stack, which has sensibly been split, allowing for lighter weight plates on top. By using one or both handles, you can use the 2:1 ratio or the 1:1 ratio, respectively, meaning the two swivel pulleys on the vertical column allow for arms and legs to be independently worked.

The Watson Dual Cable Adjustable Pulley machine comes with the single high-low pulley mechanism, but dual cables. This creates a huge range of exercises including rehab. With the design being perfect for corner fitting, this is a popular choice for garage and home gyms. The military grade cables and use of high quality pulley wheels ensures you get incredibly smooth pull and press action. The Watson Dual Cable Pulley can be combined  ith a standard grip attachment set or choose individual handles to suit. The variation is excellent from lat pulldowns to rear delt work, bilateral chest flies, low rows, lateral delt flyes and a host of bicep curl variations or triceps. You can even use for small movements like rotator cuff work. Superb.
