The Watson Dual Adjustable Pulley offers a very low starting weight (12.5kg, which at a 2:1 ratio equals 6.25kg each side (see our what do cable ratios mean article), which makes this perfect for rehab. The pull or press action is very smooth thanks to the bearings. Attach any cable attachment grips to discover a range of exercises from tricep press, lat pulldowns, low rows or more biomechanical sports-specific exercises. The Watson DAP machine also provides twin pull-up bars so you can vary your chin-ups to suit the mood. Lifetime frame warranty means this is a machine that should be in every gym.
