If you want a true FID bench (Flat, Incline, Decline) then the Watson Adjustable Bench could be perfect for your gym. This weights bench is a heavy-duty and stable platform for your exercises, and it's customisable for frame and upholstery.  With an 800kg capacity, along with the easy to adjust back rest that has 8 settings that go from -8 degrees (decline) through to near vertical 80-degree incline, this is a true multi-functional bench. Even the seat has 3 settings to ensure your position is perfect.

As well as its stylish, heavy-duty appearance, the Watson Adjustable Bench is more than just a good looking bench. The low height allows you to feel comfortable when working out and to feel secure. This is further helped by the stability under pressure. This Watson weights bench is also easy to move around thanks to the built-in wheels and fitted handle as standard. You can use it on its own or with the Watson Pro Dumbbells or with the Power Racks or Smith Machines.
