If you haven't got space for a full squat or power rack in your gym then this premium heavy duty squat stand is a great alternative. It is suitable for use with full size 7ft Olympic bars and has adjustable squat stands and safety bar catchers. It gives you all the benefits and safety of a squat rack but in a much smaller footprint. The width is also adjustable with a simple crew system and it can be moved easily as it doesn't require bolting to the floor.

Choosing Your Squat Stands

Made from oval steel tubing and powder coated, the premium heavy duty squat stand is sturdy and durable and can be used with benches or weightlifting platforms. The main uprights are height adjustable to accommodate different sizes users and there are second stage bar holders/saftey spots at the front of the uprights for resting the bar on during exercises like Romanian deadlifts, hang snatches or bent over rows. The main squat stands can be adjusted from 950mm up to a max of 1598mm.
