The kevlar transmission belts means it's smooth and easy to use which gives you complete control thanks to the 86kg Lock N Load weight stack.
The Nautilus Instinct Rotary Torso gives you a kneeling position to help protect your lower back, and with the contoured pads this is comfortable enough. The shoulder pads are adjustable and provide good stabilising effect alongside the multiple hand grip positions on offer.
