The Life Fitness Plate Loaded Smith Rack is built for lifting/squats when you need stability and control, especially when you are training alone. The 7 degree angled uprights ensures the bar moves in line with your natural body mechanics which makes it ideal for squats or presses (with or without a bench). Whether you're just a beginner or are experienced in strength training, the smooth movement and the guided path of the bar will provide confidence for safe lifts, so you can focus on the push or press. The Life Fitness Smith/Rack can also be customised too.

The Life Fitness Smith Rack has a tough steel frame, multiple bar catchers as well as the built-in plate storage at the back. This Smith machine is made to handle heavy use whether in the commercial sense, or just in a home environment. The linear bearings ensure the path of the bar motion is  fluid and consistent, while the compact footprint will help save space. The starting resistance of the bar (i.e. the initial weight when you unrack the bar) is 20kg and you can load up to a max capacity of 220kg. The addition of not needing a spotter is great for those who like to go solo on their workouts.
