This Jordan steel series EZ curl bar with bearings will help you gain a much smoother rotation during lifts than your typical Olympic curl bars. The precision bearings are an excellent feature and will allow you to perform smooth, effective lifts. Load the bar with Olympic weight discs and see what you think. We don't think you'll be disappointed. This bar has a contemporary brushed steel finish that makes it much more durable and resistant to chipping and flaking. With a solid knurled grip area for a secure hold even when you're sweaty, it's an easy and comfortable bar to use.

The Jordan EZ Curl Bar will survive quite a bit of wear and tear so is suitable for home or full gym/health club use. The sleeves are the standard Olympic size so accept all 50mm/2" olympic plates.
