Thanks to the linear bearings in the leg press carriage, you get incredibly smooth travel even under the heaviest of weights. 

Adding Olympic plates, and fractional plates as it gets really heavy, means you can control the weight completely. This Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Linear Leg Press is designed for safety and thanks to the flip in, flip out mechanism and safety stays you can feel assured when using.
