The Exigo Vertical Leg Press offers a smooth press action thanks to the commercial premium 40mm linear bearings. Designed in the UK to give you accelerated development of the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves without putting stress on the lower back. This a commercial plate loaded leg press that, as our which leg press machine article shows, offers a direct resistance to help develop those muscles.

Working your quads, hip flexors and hamstrings can all be achieved with ease. Exigo designed the Vertical Leg Press with a large anti-slip footplate that nesures you can switch between wide stance or narrow with ease. With integrated handle to help you get off the premium back pad, you can custom this to suit your gym.

Why Choose A Vertical Leg Press?

From squats to hip exercises, the vertical leg press machine can provide you with a very targeted workout. Less common than the hack squat machines or angled leg press, advantages include a direct resistance that you press and, thanks to the large footplate, you can pick out your stance to suit your needs and to develop specific muscle groups.

For example a narrow stance works the quads more, whereas a wider stance works those inner thighs. It's also shown that your workout of the hip flexion is vastly improved over a standard squat. Finally, your back is supported throughout any exercise.
