As an alternative to a standing t-bar row, the Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 T-Bar Row with Chest Support offers a premium and biomechanically sound way to perform back exercises whilst seated. With the anti-slip foot plates for extra grip and stability, the angled position supports your body nicely and allows you to isolate the muscles during the exercise. The stability comes from the UK manufacturing with 80x80x3mm / 70x70x3mm box section steel.

Whilst the Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 T-Bar Row comes with the premium chest support (which makes it more comfortable under weight), Exigo have also manufactured with a spring-assisted 7-position adjustable platform and the rotating handles that have 5 grip widths. The arm of the Exigo Plate Loaded Chest Support T-Bar Row is free-moving and has a natural range of motion. They have also added dual band pegs so you can create a variable resistance when looking at more advanced exercises.
