Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Bent Over Row

Helping you to work that upper back, the Exigo Plate Loaded 2.0 ISO Bent Over Row is a fully commercial machine that primarily targets the muscles of the upper back. This includes the latissimus dorsi (your lats),  the rhomboids and trapezius muscles. As a secondary muscle, the biceps and forearms are also engaged. Designed and built in their UK factory, they have chosen a combination of electro-resistant welded 70mm and 80mm at 3mm thickness. They have also reinforced fully welded joint plates.

Ensuring everyone can use this machine, the Exigo ISO Bent Over Row has a spring-assisted seat adjustment, as well as the adjustable handles for narrow, mid and wide grips, along with rotating handles to allow for overhand, neutral or underhand grips. With a stainless steel footplate, the 30mm linear bearings and storage horns, this is a fully loaded, bent over row plate loaded machine. The advanced biomechanics and superior build quality really does set this machine apart from others.
