Exigo ISO Lateral Body Drive

Designed specifically to be versatile and allow unilateral and bilateral training, the Exigo ISO-Lateral Body Drive enables you to work out your upper shoulders, biceps and triceps as well as allowing you to introduce legs and back through correct exercises also. Also commonly called a 'Jammer', it combines the ability to offer explosive exercises with functional ones, as well as using the independent arm movement to keep the muscle balance.

Independent arm movement of the Exigo ISO Lateral Body Drive allows you to train each arm separately or together. The beauty of the plate loaded machine is also that you can load different weights for each limb if necessary. Optional chrome storage horns with high impact ends are also available to provide storage for weight plates. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
