Exigo Double Portable Landmine

A great way to add new exercises to the gym, the Exigo portable dual landmine (or dual core plate). Simple and easy to use, it can help work your core, arms and back muscles depending on the exercises you choose. Double because it is able to take two Olympic bars at the same time. Working your core, back and arms, this is a multi-directional swivel action dual core plate. The 100x50x3 mm flat-sided oval steel tubing ensures durability.

Made to exacting standards, it's great for CrossFit or for a strength gym that is limited on space. The Exigo portable dual landmine is held in place with additional Olympic discs and the rubberised backing to increase friction. The core plate also doubles as a way to store the discs. With a range of exercises you can perform from rotational drills or lower body lunges and squats, through to upper back or bent over rows, the landmine is a great piece of functional exercise kit.
