Using The Chin, Dip & Leg Station

The chinning bar offers a wide and narrow grip to suit. The dip bars for your triceps are quite wide and so comfortable for most. Finally, the leg raises are easy thanks to the padded arms and back supports. As Exigo make to order, this machine also allows you to pick a frame and upholstery colour scheme to suit you.

A multi station that enables you to workout your core, your triceps, lats and deltoids by moving between the exercises offered with the chin, dip and leg raise station. Exigo have produced a robust and good quality work station that can help you with an all round workout.

The front facing wide grip pull up bars save on space and allow users to put knees on the pads between pull ups if a rest is needed. The narrow and wide handle offers a good grip and is comfortable to use. The arm and back pads are of high density foam and are well positioned and comfortable for training. They allow you to perform your leg raises and core work. Finally, the tricep dip bars. A nice wide bar allows for easy grip. Slightly tapered they are comfortable during exercise.
