Using the DRAX Lat Pull Down

Targeting the Latissimus Dorsi (Lats), Rhomboids, Lower & Middle Trapezius, Deltoids and Elbow flexors muscles:

• Adjust thigh pads when sat - to ensure legs are secure
• Stand, grip bar (wide or narrow) and then sit down pulling down the bar with legs secured by thigh pads
• Pull bar down to front of your chest by collar bone - keeping chest up and elbows under hand position
• Then slowly allow bar to retrun to tpo position - with arms straight - and repeat
