Using the DRAX Lat Pull Down

Targeting the Latissimus Dorsi (Lats), Rhomboids, Lower & Middle Trapezius, Deltoids and Elbow flexor muscles:

• Adjust thigh pads when sitting - to ensure legs are secure
• Stand, grip the bar (wide or narrow) and then sit down, pulling down the bar with legs secured by thigh pads
• Pull the bar down to the front of your chest by the collar bone - keeping your chest up and your elbows under hand position
• Then slowly allow bar to retrun to tpo position - with arms straight - and repeat
