Using the DRAX Hip Abductor

Targeting the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus and tensor fasciae latae muscles :

• Adjust knee pads once sitting on machine
• Choose your resistance weight with selector pin
• Slowly with control push knees outwards away from each other
• At end point - stop and slowly allow the pads to return to start
