Using the DRAX Butterfly / Pec Fly

Targeting mainly the Pectorals and Anterior Deltoid muscles:

• Adjust seat height to get right height then sit and push your back into the pad
• Grip handles, your upper arms should be parallel to the floor as starting position
• Bring arms together and push handles together slowly
• Squeeze your chest in the middle and hold when arms together
• Breathe out during this part of the motion and hold the contraction for a second
• Then release slowly and allow machine to open your arms out to start again
