Using the DRAX Arm Curl

Targeting mainly the biceps brachii, brachialis and brachioradialis muscles:

• Adjust seat height so your triceps rest on the angled pad
• Adjust weight to desired level
• Grip handles firmly by standing slightly if necessary
• Keeping triceps on the pads and pull your hands upwards
• Continue to pull/bend arms in controlled way to fully curled position
• Hold and squeeze bicep
• Return back slowly to start position
