The Balanced Body Allegro Next Gen Reformer offers the Infinity bar that offers up to 10 different positions along the rails, with 4 vertical positions as well. This means you can now perform an even wider range of push and pull exercises with the 5 springs. As supplied, you have 5 Signature Springs (3 red - medium; 1 blue - light; and 1 yellow - extra light) to use for resistance, with additional springs available to purchase to increase the resistance if necessary. The 8 wheels used for the carriage ensure this is smooth and quiet, even under the most intense exercises and the Balanced Body Nextgen has good adjustability for the SoftTouch® rope system and the TwistLock® shoulder pads so you can easily get the most comfortable position.
