3-in-1 Plyo Block

It's one box (or block), with three different heights! This new 3-in-1 plyo block is great for crossfit, elite level training or general gym use. The plyometric block incorporates all the benefits of a soft plyo box, but in one unit! You have the choice of 3 different heights 51cm (20in), 61cm (24in) or 76cm (29in) which are chosen simply by positioning the block on the appropriate side to create the height. The block is made from high density foam and covered in a durable non-skid vinyl, to help reduce impact and shock on the joints.
