With a 50cm diameter, this Sport version sits in the middle of the range regarding size. With a maximum user weight of 136kg, whether you want to sit on it and engage your core, use it as support for different yoga positions or turn it over for unbalanced push ups, it can provide lots of options for your workouts. The Ball comes in two different colours blue dome/green rim or pink dome/green rim - this one is the blue version.

Whether you choose the blue dome with a green rim or the pink dome, this newly designed BOSU Sport Balance trainer has a sleek design and is only 50cm in diameter. You can still perform all the balance exercises for your core, whether you use the dome side of flip it over to use the flat platform.
