With a range covering 3kg to 15kg, these slam balls are perfect for beginners and experts alike. The slam ball is designed to be thrown at the floor, or a wall, as hard as you like as it helps you to improve your explosive power. As it doesn't bounce you also don't need to worry about a returning high speed ball. These slam balls have a superb raised surface that helps grip.
As well as explosive power, you will be working your upper and lower body as well as your core. This means you will improve in strength; in flexibility; in conditioning; and even with co-ordination. Whilst they are designed to be slammed against the ground, do not slam against rough surfaces as this invalidates your warranty.
