Made for both homes and studios the NOHRD SlimBeam Single Cable Machine in either a wood finish (5 to choose from) a Stainless Steel or a White finish. With it's simple and stylish aesthetics, the Slim Beam offers a single height adjustable pulley and the perfect contemporary home gym solution.

On a completely practical level, the NOHRD Slim Beam has a space saving design whilst being able to offer a huge number of exercises without the need for excessive equipment. Simply unbox, assemble using the instructions and fix your Slim Beam to a solid wall (you are given the correct fixings) and you can also use the ceiling fixing. Then your 75kg cable pulley machine is ready to go.

As standard, the SlimBeam is fitted with a 3:1 ratio cable to deliver a precise weight gradation and enable a handle extension length of 8 m. 2:1 and 1:1 ratio cables are also available.  This is one of those 'classic fitness machines' and thanks to it's versatility for arms, legs, chest, abs and lats, it can't be beaten. The range of motion the machine provides is key to it's usefulness as extension lengths of up to 4 meters (double) or 8 meters (single, at 3:1 cable ratio) guarantee you get maximum functional expansion.
