Primal Strength Rebel Elite Fitness Powerbands
The Primal Strength Rebel Elite Fitness Powerbands are heavy duty resistance bands and come in four different strengths. The Level 1 red 15mm band is ideal for stretching and lighter power work. Level 2 and 3 black and purple 22/32mm bands respectively are great for single training exercises, assisting chin-ups, and overload training when added to a rack and/or bar, and the level 4 green 45mm band is perfect for more experienced athletes and ideal for heavy-duty rack pulls and heavy squat or power work.
