With it's pink military ceramic coating that is almost impossible to chip, it looks superb and offers a solid bar for all types of training.

This bar has been developed as a true multi-purpose bar whether you're Olympic training or Crossfitting. The Linda WOD (Workout) is an established benchmark workout in CrossFit, so the accolade. The bar itself has a 4-needle bearings for an extremely smooth, reduced friction, quality, spin. It has no central knurl grip patterns, using the dual knurling for Power and Olympic lifts.

Additional LINDA Information
With a 1 Year 'No Chipping' warranty, this doesn't mean you can drop on to metal J-Hooks or metal safety bars. Primal have also incluided a 3 Year 'No Bend' warranty and the other parts come with a 1 year warranty.
Please note that the 'No Bend' warranty requires no negligent or faulty use, poor storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes dropping the bar on a bench, spotter arms or non-rubberised J-Hooks in a power rack, or excessive dropping with poor quality bumpers plates/rubber/iron plates.
