The Physical 3-in-1 Soft Plyo Box is made from a soft, high-density impact absorbing foam and covered in durable, non-skid vinyl for significant wear and tear resistance. The soft surfaces ensure there is a decrease in stress and impact on the foot, ankle knee and hip joints when landing. The edges are also less likely to rip your shins if you slide them down too!

The 3-in-1 soft plyo box allows you to choose from 3 different heights so you can start your exercises with 1 height and then increase as you see improvements. Made from impact absorbing foam it decreases stress on the joints and has three heights of 51cm, 61cm and 76cm for a challenging workout.
