The Swamp Box - Plyo Box

This plyometric box is the world's first sinking plyo box! The Swamp Box has been designed and manufactured with a clever combination of different foams that are similar to the action of soft sand. This means when using during an exercise, your weight on the surface destabilises as the foam sinks meaning you get eccentric loading and stabilisation from the changing surface. This forces your body to adapt in order to maintain your balance.

Using the Swamp Box, you can jump on and the soft foam design ensures that you will be protected from impact and stress to your joints. This is really useful for people carrying injuries that want to do plyo work. The size is 180cm which makes it really wide to jump on and easy to use with the 50cm height.
