With 12mm of supportive LDPE closed cell foam, the Supasoft Medium Studio Mats from Physical Company are the perfect home or commercial exercise mats for a range of exercises or floor work including stretching.

Medium Studio Mats

At 1.5m long, these medium studio mats are perfect for almost all floor work. As a sound base for exercise, stretching or standing exercises, their anti slip backing is coupled with rounded corners to prevent curling and so they are safe too.

With LDPE closed cell foam, they are supportive and comfrotable to lie on, whilst also being easy to wipe clean and not retain any moisture. Providing good support for your spine, hips and other joints, using on cold floors is easy to as they provide a thermal break. The holes are set 400mm apart.
