Using Drop Pads (or Crash Pads)

They offer an easy and simple way to lower noise and protect both equipment and floors with minimum fuss. Traditional weight lifting platforms are expensive and a fixed size - often 2.4m wide by 2m. This makes them very impractical for lots of home gyms. These weightlifting pads offer a similar amount of protection and once you've completed your sets - pick them up and store them away.

Perfect for solid or suspneded floors, our only word of caution comes if you're looking at weights in excess of 250kg. As soon as you statr to get to this weight, we'd always suggest you look at proper platforms as a way of also protecting yourself if things go wrong.

Lastly, thanks to the pair of drop pads, you can also use as raised platforms, balance pads or even mini steps. Albeit you can't use in the same way as maybe a proper plyo box.
