In 2021 they became part of the Authentic Brands group an American company with a global HQ in Boston, US. Reebok are well known for their fitness, running and XFit sportswear including clothing and footwear. But they also produce fitness equipment
The iconic original Reebok Step was launched in 1989 and spearheaded a Step phenomenon which continues today at home and in popular gym classes. Their gym equipment also includes treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and pump sets and of course athletics wear for the workout.
The Step
The Reebok Step is an incredibly useful piece of equipment for HIIT workouts and aerobics but also for a range of different fitness activities. With 30 years of refinement behind it if you are going to buy a step then this is a great choice.
It offers a non-slip step and has visual target zones in the design, helping to make those transitions a little easier.
The Reebok deck continues to be popular for use in both aerobics and also strength training. It can be used in incline, decline or flat settings and is an extremely useful fitness accessory, and great in the home as its lightweight and easy to move.
