Great for really working the traps, the Nautilus Leverage Deadlift Shrug offers both unilateral and bilateral use with the quick switch of a pin. It also offers linear motion and comes with pre-stretch points. Easy to use, being plate loaded you can put exactly the right weight in place, then use the knurled grips to perform.

This deadlift shrug machine removes the need for you to use individual dumbbells, a hex bar or even an Olympic bar for your trap work. With it's unilateral or bilateral movement, you can really choose to work your grip and traps the way you want. It is part of the Nautilus Leverage range of plate loaded machines.

When performing your shrugs, you will be strengthening your shoulder and upper arm muscles. Specifically, the shrug will develop our trapezius muscles (or traps).  The pre-stretch allows your muscles to full engage before you statr your exercise, meaning you get a more effective and efficient push or pull than without.
