The plate loaded Nautilus Hack Squat machine uses a 35 degree angle with a standing position to help with your leg press. The carriage weighs in at 36kg and the bar can take up to 400kg. With a really smooth travel, the large foot plate allows you a number of different stances - wide, narrow, 45 degree.

Why Choose a Hack Squat?

By removing the weight and balancing required for the bar across your shoulders, this is a safer and easier squat for many people to perform.
