A great way to save some space for some of your functional equipment, the FITBENCH is a compact and versatile multi-functional piece of gym equipment that delivers on every level. Constructed out of rolled steel for rigidity and robustness, it comes with a composite moulded top that allows it to be used in a commercial environment as much as at home.

It's Functionality

Not just a comfortable and versatile incline and flat workout bench, you can remove a range of dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls and other functional training gear. What's more it's easy to move around your floorspace thanks to the built-in wheels the ideally positioned handles.

It also comes with some attachment points that allow you to use for battline ropes or even resistance bands. It's weight also means it can cope with all but the very heaviest of workouts without moving an inch. Finally, use like a step or plyo box. Jump on and off and use for reverse triceps - in fact everything you can use a normal workout bench for.

What's Included?

The FitBench One comes with the following gear as standard :

• 6 pairs of commercial dumbbells 2,4,6,10,12,14kg
• 1 x 7kg slam ball
• 2 x commercial kettlebells (8,12 kgs).
• 3 resistance bands
