Plate Loaded ISO Lateral Row from Exigo

The lateral row targets your mid back nicely. By targeting the lats, rhomboids, teres major and minor, infraspinatus and your middle and lower trapezius you get a superb balanced workout, which is enhanced thanks to the Exigo Plate Loaded ISO lateral Row Machine. Machines usually have a fixed range of motion so therefore may not be comfortable for everyone. This ISO Lateral movement from Exigo allows for converging and diverging movements to mimic the arcs of motion that our body's use.

Exigo have angled the adjustable seat to ensure more comfort and of course, the correct seating position. They have then added the angled wide grip handles to give you the choice of a number of grips to make it comfortable for working out. Being a plate loaded machine means you can put exactly the right weight on on the machine, as well as giving you the opportunity to move both limbs at the same time, one in isolation and both with different weights on.
