Providing you with a HIIT workout, there's 20 levels of resistance to ensure you can go as low or as high intensity as you want.
Helping to prevent injury, the 2 degree inversion on the foot pedals of the CS800+ Stepper is a more anatomically correct position and therefore a lot more comfortable when working out. With the adjustment for resistance on the vertical contact HR handgrips you also sure grip rails that work even when you're sweaty. Small footprint and easy access means this is a very popular home gym cardio piece.
