Using a Pro Olympic bar and discs will help you improve your strength with a number of exercises. The Olympic bar needs to be able to take the weight you want and also have rotating sleeves for grip comfort. This 6ft Olympic bar is a premium grade one that has bearings in the sleeves to ensure their smooth rotation and you lift the bar.

Tested to a 680kg maximum load, it has been manufactured to match the Olympic standards of 2" diameter sleeve sizes. This means you can use any Olympic discs you already have, or you can buy as you see fit. With it's durable brushed steel finish, it looks the part and with the foot less in length may be best suited for home gyms.
