Primal Strength Parallettes

As well as helping you with your balance and posture, these Primal Strength Paralettes are designed to help you focus the exercise and strength of your rotary cuff. This is known as a weak spot for many, and working the rotary cuff is difficult to do to ensure you are working it safely.

Parallette Bars from Primal

Parellette bars (or parallettes as you will hear them referred to) are suitable for shoulder strength and Calisthenics exercises. WIth stable feet that are a 50x50mm box, you also get a powder-coated finish in matte black. The parallettes are 12" off the ground giving you a really good clearance height.
