Choosing a Triple Bag

It's a great way to switch and change your workouts seamlessly. One punch bag with three different ways to train on it. The straight punch bag, a maize bag and a floor-to-ceiling ball. Hand crafted with high quality leather, there's also a 1 inch inner foam lining that helps to soak up the punches. The actual bags have a soft, rag-filled lower ball, with a granule-filled upper ball that keeps it's shape well. It will require four hook chains for fixing.
