With the ability to take all Olympic bars thanks to it's 130cm width, it's versatile as well as safe to use when you're on your own. This is important for home users.

Using a Squat Rack

Whether you're looking to focus on squats or bench work, the SQR1 is versatile enough to ensure you can do the complete range of exercises with no worries over your safety. Using the safety arms further up the frame allows you to work on your squat technique safe in the knowledge that the arms can take the bar should you need.
